Assignment: organization-defined personnel or roles

18F requires approvals by the 18F project lead and 18F system owners for requests to create information system accounts. All accounts will be documented within the 18F’s Github ticketing and tracking system with their respective information systems, detailing their group and role membership, and access authorizations.

Application Account Management:
The application system owner (SO) is responsible making sure appropriate approvals for requests to establish accounts are obtained and documented if not handled by the 18F Program office and the 18F DevOps team
