18F assigns account managers from the DevOps team for information system accounts. Account managers are assigned for account groups in all environments, determined by the Cloud Foundry Project Manager and/or the Information System Owner

Applications and Websites:
The application System owner (SO) should assign an account manager for the application if it’s not being performed by the 18F DevOps staff to manage and control user access to the application. The System Owner must ensure that authorization.
